Bayan-Ulgii /MONTSAME/. On October 28, Governor of Bayan-Ulgii aimag D.Bauirjan held a meeting with Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection S.Zulpkhar and UN International Organization for Migration (IOM) Programme Manager Victor Lutenco.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on having the matter regarding appropriate regulation for internal migration reflected in the long-term strategy and policy of the aimag, and developing and implementing a system dynamic model in order to control the local labor market on scientific basis.
In turn, the aimag governor introduced the action plan to be carried out in the framework of the program, ‘Bayan-Ulgii for Development’, and put forth the suggestion to cooperate in implementing appropriate controls for internal migration as well as in education.
