First Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia Attends Boao Forum for Asia 2025

Ulaanbaatar, April 1, 2025 /MONTSAME/. First Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia and Minister of Economy and Development Gantumur Luvsannyam participated in the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference held in Boao, Hainan Province, the People's Republic of China, on March 25-28, 2025.


On the sidelines of the Forum, First Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia Gantumur Luvsannyam and Vice Premier of the People’s Republic of China Ding Xuexiang held an official meeting on March 26, 2025. The two sides exchanged views on bilateral relations and cooperation, particularly in the areas of mining product exports, infrastructure development, and the establishment of science and technology parks. Additionally, First Deputy Prime Minister Gantumur met with Zhang Jun, Secretary-General of the Boao Forum for Asia.


During the meeting, First Deputy Prime Minister Gantumur underscored the important role of the Boao Forum in strengthening cooperation among Asian countries and fostering regional development and prosperity. Furthermore, Mr. Gantumur reaffirmed Mongolia’s commitment to deepening collaboration with the Forum, encouraging active participation of Mongolian entrepreneurs in its annual conferences, and ensuring that joint efforts yield tangible and mutually beneficial outcomes.


This year's Forum was held under the theme “Asia in the Changing World: Towards a Shared Future,” and First Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia and Minister of Economy and Development Gantumur Luvsannyam attended the Opening Ceremony of the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2025.
