UB Food Festival 2023 for the Ninth Year

Ulaanbaatar, August 18, 2023 /MONTSAME/. The Governor’s Office of Ulaanbaatar
City Municipality, Ulaanbaatar City Tourism Department, the Mongolian Chefs
Association, and the Mongolian Restaurant Association are co-organizing the
"UB Food Festival 2023" at Sukhbaatar Square on August 18-20.
The Festival aims to
introduce Mongolian national cuisine to foreign visitors and own citizens,
create travel products and innovative services that meet the needs of tourists,
improve the culture of hospitality, and spread the philosophy of the city. More
than 40 food production and service restaurants and coffee shops will serve
Mongolian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, and European national dishes,
snacks, coffee, and desserts.
The event, now in its ninth
year, includes tastings, art performances, various competitions, and shows.
