Motion Passed on Urgently Discussing the Draft Law on Amendments to the Budget Law

Ulaanbaatar, December 2, 2024 /MONTSAME/. At the plenary session held on December 2, 2024, Chairman of the State Great Khural of Mongolia Amarbayasgalan Dashzegve informed that the draft Law on Amendments to the Budget Law submitted by the Government of Mongolia was forwarded to the Standing Committee on Budget for urgent consideration in accordance with the Article 33.1 of the Law on the Procedure of the Sessions of the State Great Khural of Mongolia.
The plenary session discussed the motion of urgently discussing the draft Law on Amendments to the Budget Law. The draft Law reflects on including Provision 321 on “Resubmitting and Approving the Budget Draft.” The motion was supported by 50 members out of 70 members, or 71.4 percent, thus the draft Law was transferred to the Standing Committee on Budget, reported the Media and Public Relations of the State Great Khural of Mongolia.
