of October 14-20, 2024.
Events in Ulaanbaatar:
October 14: Political Party groups in the State Great Khural will convene.
October 15-16: Meetings of Standing Committees of the State Great Khural will take place.
October 15: "Tsendegiin Tsen Erdenebat" a concert of the
composer's hit songs will be held at Ulaanbaatar Palace.
On October 16: A regular
session of the Cabinet of Mongolia will convene at the State Palace of Mongolia..
October 16: The opening of the 16th Ulaanbaatar International Film Festival will take place at the Corporate Hotel and Convention Center.
On October 17-18: A plenary session of the parliament will be held.
On October 18: The "All-Stars Concert" of the 20th anniversary of the "New Star" studio will be held at the "UG Arena" sports complex.
On October 18: "The Two Great Nobles-II" an international
academic conference will be held to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the
birth of the Prime Minister of Mongolia, Jalkhants Khutagtu Damdinbazar, and
the 140th anniversary of the birth of Uliastai Minister, Dilav Khutagtu Jamsranjav.
On October 19: A. Adan's ballet "Giselle" will be performed
at the State Opera and Ballet Academic Theater.
Works for the "Script
of Eternal Sky" calligraphy exhibition will be received until the 25th of
this month.
"Autumn Days of Tree
Planting" continues until the 26th of this month.
The performance of the
international circus "World Circus in Mongolia" continues.
Rural Events:
On October 18: A scientific theoretical and practical conference will
be held in Selenge aimag on the topic "Stakeholders' participation in
disaster risk reduction in Selenge aimag and border regions".
Events Abroad:
On October 15-16: Prime Minister of Mongolia Oyun-Erdene Luvsannamsrai will
participate as an observer in the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government
of the SCO member states to be held in Islamabad, the capital of the Islamic
Republic of Pakistan.
